Lisa Cole of Inspired Catering catered my wedding at the Hill-Stead Museum on September 5, 2009. My husband and I have nothing but EXCELLENT things to say about Lisa, her staff, service, and DELICIOUS food.

Since meeting Lisa last fall, she has been nothing short of professional, personal and very insightful. Outside of providing us with a myriad of menu options, we found her very resourceful and experienced, from recommending other vendors, giving us insightful pointers and useful recommendations so that we were completely prepared for our special day. She did all in the most unobtrusive way. We all found her very responsive and very accommodating to meeting with us, especially since our time was limited as we live out of state.

Regarding her food...it is amazing!Lisa can prepare anything - any cuisine, any dish, and she does it so well! We were a bit all over the place, as we live in Brooklyn, and are exposed to food from around the globe. I seemed like anything we thought of, she had a recipe for or was willing to try something new.

We always knew we were in good hands, but actually seeing and tasting the food on our wedding day, was even better than what we had imagined. The food presentation and table capes were beautiful. Her staff was professional and provided top service. We received countless compliments and even many inquiries as to who the catering company was and how people could contact her? Always a good sign!

I would highly recommend Lisa to any other prospective client looking for a caterer that can master any dish, provide professional service with a smile and offer excellent advice and insight into executing a memorable and delicious event.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa Cole of Inspired Catering for a client event at Morgan Stanley. Her food exceeded our expectations. She was also able to advise us on a harmonious menu and was more than willing to tweak any finishing touches that we desired. We had a variety of passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres, all of which were beautifully presented. Her serving staff were also quick and courteous and we never seemed to run out of food. This is a big concern when gathering 150 of your most important clients. When comparing other potential caterers she was the most reasonable considering the high quality of the food.

We could not have been happier with the experience we had with Inspired Catering. Lisa and her staff were just wonderful. We had special a request for the food at our wedding and we were just over the moon with Lisa's interpretation of our Mediterranean theme. I was a fortunate enough bride to be able to actually sit down and enjoy the food at my wedding - and so I speak honestly when I say everything was spectacular. I highly recommend everything we had.
